How can I change collection/delivery time?

Do I need to provide my own hangers?

In order to avoid wastage we encourage all customers to provide their own hangers at the time of collection. Alternatively you can buy additional hangers while placing your orders. If no hangers are provided or requested, the ironed clothes will be neatly folded.

Can I give you already-wet items?

Unfortunately we cannot accept already-wet clothes due to a risk of contamination to other orders while in transit. We’d politely ask you to dry them before handing over to our Ironer for collection.

How long does it take to get my clothes back?

Currently our minimum turn-around time is 48 hours however we are working hard to reduce this to 24 hours.

Can you collect from a location and deliver to another?

Yes, we could do that for you, as long as the locations are in the same area. Please contact us at to arrange it.

How can I cancel an order?

Please contact us at to cancel your order. All cancellations up to 2 hours before the chosen collection/delivery time slot are free of charge. However, if you cancel an order less than two hours before a scheduled collection/delivery, a cancellation fee of £10 will be applicable.
